By placing an order, you confirm that all design proofs, artwork approvals, and specifications have been verified and accepted.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the goods are defective or not in accordance with your approved order.

Please inspect all goods upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receipt.

Order Confirmation & Production

Production will begin only after final written approval of artwork and order details. Delays in approval may affect delivery timelines.

We reserve the right to make minor technical adjustments to print placement or colour due to production methods.

Delivery

Standard delivery is available to UK mainland business addresses only. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules or courier availability.

We cannot accept liability for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Payment & Invoicing

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Payment terms are agreed at the time of order and must be met in full before production starts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
