3. Bespoke & Personalised Orders

All products sold on this website are made to order and may include branding, printing, or other forms of customisation as specified by the customer.

By placing an order, you confirm that all design proofs, artwork approvals, and specifications have been verified and accepted. It is your responsibility to check that all artwork and details are correct before giving final approval.

We may make minor technical adjustments to print placement, scaling, or colour due to production methods or material limitations. Such adjustments will not normally constitute defects.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the goods are defective or not in accordance with your approved order.

Please inspect all goods upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

5. Order Confirmation & Production

• Production will begin only after we have received final written approval of artwork and order details.
• Delays in approval may affect production and delivery timelines.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that include inappropriate or unlicensed artwork.
• Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or amended.

6. Delivery

• Standard delivery is available to UK mainland business addresses only.
• Delivery dates are provided as estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, material availability, or courier capacity.
• We will not be liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.

7. Payment & Invoicing

• All prices displayed are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Payment terms are agreed at the time of order and must be met in full before production starts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payment by approved methods only (as displayed during checkout or confirmed by invoice).
• Ownership of goods passes to you only when full payment has been received.

8. Delivery Issues & Inspection

• You must check all goods immediately upon receipt.
• Any damage, shortages, or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via info@anotherplanetonline.com.
• Where a genuine defect is confirmed, we may at our discretion offer repair, replacement, or credit in accordance with your statutory rights.

9. Pricing & Accuracy

• All pricing, descriptions, and imagery are provided in good faith. Errors or omissions may occasionally occur.
• If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.
• We reserve the right to update prices, specifications, or availability without prior notice.

• All designs, text, images, and logos on this Site are owned or licensed by Another Planet Online or our suppliers.
• By uploading or submitting artwork, you warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions for its use and reproduction.

• Our total liability in respect of any order will be limited to the amount paid for that order.
